Pick-a-theme is based on the idea of giving any visitor a certain amount of control.  In this case the browser can select their favorite background theme and actually customize our page the way they would like to see it.

Pick-a-theme also benefits us. It allows us to build a different look and feel for our site without having to completely rebuild the web site.  In time we will make new themes for this site. We might develop a theme that promotes a certain service or we could simply change the background theme to reflect a season or holiday.
